BETSY BURGETT

Having lived in the Middle East and Central Asia for nearly two decades, Betsy has deep respect and sensitivity to diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. She believes that growth and flourishing can begin in spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in collaboration with clients, Betsy is passionate about helping people take steps towards discovery, healing and flourishing. Betsy is trained in EMDR (EMDRia) and also uses Narrative Therapy with clients experiencing post-traumatic stress symptoms. Her clinical experience includes helping people navigate and process:
