As a dedicated Client Relations Specialist, Dayana serves as the first point of connection for individuals seeking support through the Rapha Hope & Healing Center. She strives to create a welcoming and safe environment for all. With a background in customer service and administrative coordination, Dayana will help guide clients in scheduling, processing payments, and general inquiries.  

She works closely with our therapists to ensure smooth communication and a seamless experience for each client and their families. Dayana understands reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and aspires to make each step clear, supportive, and stress free.
