VANESSA VAUGHN
LMFT | Marriage and Family Therapist
Vanessa is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping couples, adults, and families feel understood, supported, and truly seen.
Vanessa holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. As a military spouse and mother of two, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to every session. Vanessa specializes in supporting trauma healing, guiding families through crisis, and working with neurodivergent individuals and their loved ones.
Vanessa strives to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can safely process pain, rebuild trust, and strengthen the bonds that matter most. Using a systemic approach, she will help you see how even the most challenging seasons can become opportunities for deep growth and renewal — just like tending a garden that needs patience, care, and the right conditions to bloom.
“Whether you’re navigating trauma, family crisis, neurodivergent dynamics, military life transitions, parenting challenges, or simply longing for deeper connection, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools.
Let’s cultivate resilience, healing, and the loving relationships you deserve — one mindful step at a time.”
Vanessa is an independent contractor at the Rapha Hope & Healing Center.
